  • How To Create An Account - Web

    1. Click the 'Customer Portal' Button in the top right corner of the website.
    2. Click the 'No, create account' button.
    3. Enter your email address. Review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Use from our Software Vendor, then click the box next to, "Yes, I agree."
    4. Check your email inbox for the verification code. Enter the Code and Click 'Submit'. 
    5. Enter your First and Last Name, then Click 'Next'. 
    6. Choose your relationship to the Student, fill in appliable contact information and select your contact preferences, then click "Next'. 
    7. Create a Password, re-enter the Password then click 'Next'. 
    8. Enter your address then click 'Next'
    9. Review your Account Details, then click 'Create Account'. 
    10. Review and accept applicable Polcies then click 'Next'. 

    To Add a Student immediately after creating an account: 

    Click the 'Yes, Create a Student' Button. 

    Add the Student's General Information, then click 'Save'. 

    Add additional Students by clicking the 'Add Student' button at the bottom of the page, then enter their General Information. 

  • How To Add A Student

    After creating an account you will be prompted to add a student. Should you choose, you can skip that step by clicking 'No thanks, return home'. You will always be able to go back to add additional students. 


    To Add a Student from the Dashboard: 

    1. Click on 'My Account'.
    2. Click on the 'Add Student' Button at the bottom of the 'Your Students' Section. 
    3. Enter the Student's General Information then click 'Save'. 
  • How to Book a Private Lesson

    Once Logged in, from the Dashboard:

    1. Click on 'Booking'. 
    2. Choose the Instructor you'd like to work with. (Instructor Bios are available under More>Meet our Staff on the Customer Portal)
    3. Choose a Student to enroll, then click 'See Private Swim Lesson Appointments'. 
    4. Use the Filters above the Appointment bank to narrow down available appointments. The next available Appointments are shown in alphabetical order by Instructor's first name unless filters are applied. 
    5. Appointments are entered in the system as Recurring Appointments for a specific day of the week and lesson time for easy registration. Click on the day of the week and start time of the lesson that will work best for your family. 
    6. Click the 'Book Now!' button. 
    7. Check the boxes next to the dates you would like to book. There is no requirement for you to book all the dates available for a specific days of the week/time slot. The first available date will be pre-select, ensure you uncheck that box if you do not wish to book that Appointment. Click 'Add to Cart'. 
    8. If you wish to add more Class Enrollments or Appointment Bookings, click 'Add Enrollments or Bookings' to continue adding to your cart. 
    9. If you are done adding Appointments to your cart, you will add any applicable promo codes (DCC Members are provided a code via Member Newsletters for their reduced rates). 
    10. Choose the method you'd like to Pay with, then click 'Pay and Store Card On File'. 
    11. Review and 'Confirm' you understand the payment authorization policy. 
    12. Follow the screen prompts to enter your payment details, then click 'Submit'

  • What are your business hours?

    We are open for lessons on the weekdays between 7AM-8PM, and on weekends between 8AM-12PM during the Summer and 8AM-3PM during all other seasons. Lesson Schedules are subject to instructor availability. 

  • Do we have to be a member of the DuPont Country Club to get lessons?

    No, we allow for both members and non-members of the Club to take lessons here. Members of DCC do receive a special rate for lessons held at the DSA Swim School.

  • Can I get a full refund?

    We do not offer refunds for group lessons. Make-up passes for future lessons can be applied to your account for private lessons cancelled at least 24 hours prior to a private appointment.  

  • Do you offer a Competitive Swim Team Program?

    Yes, Diamond State Aquatics (DSA) is our year-round USA Swimming competitive team. Find more information via the DSA Swim Team page on the website


    DuPont Country Club Members may particiapte in our Summer Recreational Swim Team. Practices typically begin the first week of June each year. 

  • What makes the DSA Swim School different from other programs?

    We have a progressive curriculum that starts from Parent & Me classes and goes all the way up through competitive swim team and Masters for adult swimmers. We have a dedicated site for our lessons and have certified instructors and coaches to provide the best experience for your swimmer.

  • What is the difference between a Tier 1 Instructor and a Tier 2 Instructor?

    Our Tier 1 Instructors are in their first few years of teaching/coaching and may still be working toward obtaining certification(s) or other specialized training. 


    Our Tier 2 Instructors are very experienced, hold certification(s) for teaching/coaching and/or have specialized training/experience to work with special populations. 

  • What is the weather cancellation policy?

    DSA Swim School Lessons will be cancelled due to weather under the following circumstances: 

    • Thunder/Lightning is heard/seen by staff onsite and/or our Lightning Alarm goes off. The pool is able to reopen 30 minutes after the last sound of thunder or strike of lightning. 
    • Intense wind or rain that would prevent the lifeguards from seeing the bottom of the pool. 
    • Tornado Warning or other extreme weather warning. 
    • The air temperature drops below 25 degrees. 

    Certain Programs like ISR Lessons have program restrictions regarding air and water temperatures. Contact your instructor for more details.

    Our Fitness Center Front Desk and Instructors will do their best to contact parents regarding cancellations with as much notice as possible prior to the lesson start time. 


    We try our best to send Push Notifications through the DSA Mobile App, send out emails, and make phone calls as quickly as time allows.
