Join us for our Super Sprint Swim-Run Race October 18th! Open to competitors ages 9 and older, we start with a 150-meter pool swim followed by a transition into a 1-mile run. Athletes will complete the swim in a "snake" format, switching lanes at the end of each lap. Competitors will be given a 1-minute buffer between heats to avoid holdups in the swim.

The run will be a 1-mile loop, ending with an award ceremony for 1st - 3rd place finishers per age group, followed by the overall winners for the Male and Female categories.

The first athlete will enter the water at 8:00AM, registration will be open through October 16th!
